The pilates fitness discipline improves general quality of movement by strengthening, elongating and toning your body which enhances posture and flexibility. All levels of fitness enthusiasts are welcome to participate in class or private & semi-private instruction sessions. Tailored training programs that cater more specifically to individual needs are also offered.     I apologize but as the sole owner/instructor I have no familiarity with you. We operate as a small business, so we know all our clients personally with most having been with us for many, many years. Consequently, I can say that you currently are not a client nor have ever been a client of ours. For further context we have never had any business dealings or interactions with you either.
