Stay FAR away from them and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Faulty products and workmanship. Deplorable customer service. The is absolutely NO customer service and they should be disgusted with themselves. The General Manager, Marcello, is nasty, rude, arrogant, confrontational and highly disrespectful. It is shocking that someone who behaves like this is In this position. The service department is just as bad. They ignore you, then are angry and annoyed when you finally talk to them

Since October the...

Since October there has been 2 service calls scheduled and both times the same lame excuse that the "work order was not entered". This company has no interest in customer service and basically brushed me off when I personally called them. I have rescheduled again and have been promised this issue will be resolved. Until this happens I'm giving them 1 star, which is too generous in my opinion.

Poor Quality Products and Awful Customer Service

The window on our back door started accumulating condensation (see picture) immediately after installation. It took a month for Performance to get someone to our house just to take measurements for the replacement window. It took another month for them to schedule an appointment for the replacement to be installed. The service person did not show up for the scheduled appointment and no one called to notify us. We had to call Performance. When we contacted the company, they were not able to tell us what caused the delay. They rescheduled for Monday, October 15th at 9AM. We got a call from the company at 11AM saying the service guy was delayed and that he'd be another 10-15 minutes. By noon, no one had showed up so we called Performance AGAIN. The customer service representative on the phone was rude and unapologetic. It was almost as though we were inconveniencing the company by asking why their service guy hadn't shown up yet. I had to take two days off of work to sit around and wait for someone who may or may not show up. Terrible experience all around. Stay away from this company. We now have another (brand new) window that needs replacing because the latch is broken. Their products are not high quality, their customer service is awful and they do not honour scheduled appointments. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
