    Hmmm Madison Even...

    Hmmm Madison Event Centre, located at 17 Vinyl Crt...where do I start and how do I finish? I can go on and on about the services they provide as well as the disrespectful, unmannered management team. They are highly uncultured, highly uncivilized and highly unprofessional. As a team, they work to ruin the most important and special day of your life. Not only do they ruin your day, but they also work together to make all your hard work and efforts seem unplanned to your guest

    Very Nice Place, Terrible Service!

    This banquet hall was my worst experience by far and I have been to many banquet halls. Their guest service is terrible! They did not give my cousin what she paid and signed for on the contract. The food was not tasty nor what was it what was ordered and the arrangements were wrong. They refused to have anyone in the lounges and refused serve us food and water until they had only 400 people in the building. They would not understanding or reasonable. I would NEVER recommend this hall for anyone.

    The service recei...

    The service received was horrible and unprofessional. The lady in charge was rude and would not take a moment to answer questions. She was overheard telling sensitive information to one of the guests, she got very angry and closed down an unlimited soft drink bar. They did not get dinner out until 10 p.m. and refused to feed the guest until those in the foyer had left. Save yourself the headache and choose another vendor. Not worth spending so much money and not getting the service promised.

    My husband and I ...

    My husband and I along with our other vendors, had a horrible expereince working with Jimmy and Maria at the Madison Event Centre in Vaughn. We were promised the stars and the moon to get us to sign a contract which in the end was not respected at all! We did our part, paid our full contract had very detailed terms and conditions outlined in the contract and when it came to the day of our wedding, Maria was no where to be seen and we just had to live with what was available.
