I met with them four days back and they never got back to me. I tried calling them myself so many times to follow up and they kept on saying that they are going to provide me with the required information which they never did.
& now they are telling me that the car have been sold.
That is so unprofessional and I’m so disappointed that this dealership have forgotten about the customer service.

Before purchasing a used car from Low Price Auto Sales, you need to know that they are not a member of UCDA. This means if something goes wrong, you have nowhere to go for dispute resolution and are at the mercy of the Dealer. I have sent e-mail requests for them to provide me with a CarProof Report. They only acknowledge receipt of my e-mail, but never send me the CarProof Report. When you call to enquire, all you hear is that the Report is clean. As such, Buyers Beware !
Great dealer with over 25 years experience he knows what a great product is , we purchased a 2014 C350 at his advice and we couldn't be more pleased,In this business sometimes what you want is not a great product so we took Alex and his word and went with a Benz .
Would rate zero if I could. Their ad on a 2012 civic stated it had a clean carproof. Called them to confirm the clean carproof before making the one hour drive, they assured me it was. Turned out it was not a clean Carproof when I got there. Turns out Adam lied just to get me to come in and was rude and unapologetic. Spent another hour driving back home. Honest dealerships are a dime a dozen, if you find one, it is worth the slight premium if it saves you time, money and energy.
