I bought a new tempo from them a few days ago. Brossard location. I was shocked when just next day I needed to exchange the tarp for measurement reasons and I requested them to change it. And I also told them I didn't used or opened the the tarp yet. But they wouldn't exchange it, saying "It's not new anymore". Seriously? Besides that the metal rings they gave with the tempo were already rusted. Pathetic service guys. Will never ever do business with them again.
