Current strike left many passengers stranded, but the attitude of the staff was incredibly rude when they provided alternate tickets for an impossible route to British Airways and BA notified AF of the impossibility of the route they provided. They basically told me: "We gave you a ticket that cannot get you to your destination, but it's your problem with BA now".
