    I had to cancel due to having covid. They refused to refund me and said I can have the date moved. I contacted back, the literal CEO, who was condescending and sarcastic. Essentially, go to the course if you have covid because the CEO himself cares more about his profits than your loyalty. I explained that it's quite literally impossible for someone to know 24 hours in advance that they'll get COVID, that doesn't seem to matter.
