Horrible horrible...
Horrible horrible horrible! First off, we got this apartment when we first got employed. We didn't have much money so this is all we could afford. Once we made more money we wanted to upgrade and rent a bigger place with the same company. When we asked to do this we were told no, when I replied "even though you will be making over 200 dollars more a month" the woman was rude and said no we do not do that! (Joke was on them because this was last fall and the apartment we wanted is STILL available!!!!). Then my boyfriend missed the deadline to cancel the lease by a few days and once again, they were rude and wouldn't let him cancel. so now we are stuck here for another year!! we finally found someone to take over the lease, my boyfriend did everything they told him to do and even called again to make sure he was doing everything right! after a WEEK of hearing nothing he called and they hadn't even started yet. So two weeks later my boyfriend called back (today) and the lady was not accepted because her co signer doesn't make enough money.... This was her second co signer, they wouldn't allow her parents to co sign because they are retired!!! So I am DONE! I was willing to pay Devcore about 900 dollars a month and they are making it much too difficult. Once I am out of his place I will NEVER rent form devcore and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!! Save yourself the stress and anger and rent from ANYONE ELSE! Trust me!
