    Quick and courteous

    I managed to lock my keys in my car after a hectic day and the first place I called quoted me 125.00$ because it was "nighttime" so I promptly hung up and phoned Tin-Tin remorquage, the operator was courteous and quickly gathered the necessary information to find me. 10 Minutes later he arrived, got the keys out in about 30 seconds and then followed me to the bank and only charged the flat rate of 50 dollars as negotiated, the last time the tower upped the price. Extremely satisfied and will try to call this company anytime their field of service is required.

    Absolutely awful.

    I spent two days trying to get a tow from this company. After 6 different phone calls they kept giving me pushed back times with no notifications that they were not coming when they had claimed. The service staff were completely unapologetic and didn't mind when I finally cancelled my order and managed to get another company to come out to my place within 30 mins. I would recommend going with ANY other company at this point.
