Très mauvais service d’opticien et très cher

I went today to get an eye exam my appointment was at 11:15 And I finally went At 11:45 not only that but when I had to finally pay for my exam the debit machine wasn't working so I had to go and get money and go back to the optomistrist to pay for my bill. They could have at least given me a discount for wasting my time and my gas. I have been a customer since they even moved here in the area and I will no longer return nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

bad service

made an appointment Saturday at 11:45 and when I got there they said it was at 11:15. this is not the first time I go and have had bad service with you guys. the least you could have done is give me another appointment. I would never recommend this place to anybody I know.
