    You'll get a good...

    You'll get a good car at a good price. If they need to order anything or you need to come back to have anything checked post-purchase, be prepared to wait. Customer service post-sale sucks and you need to run after them. But that being said, you won't get hunks of junk like on other used car lots. Take your time and leave with the car to your liking. Otherwise, you're almost better off taking anything post-sale to your own garage if you have more $$ than time.

    They offer an inspection of the cars prior to sale, but it is an inspection at their own garage by their own mechanic NOT a CAA independant inspection so watch out. When your in the process of buying the car they will call you right away and the sales man will always be available when you call, but as soon as you sign for the car. Getting a hold of the salesman or a phone call back about a question is almost impossible. When you sign and they agree to make certain repairs or to any conditions that you agree to, they will try their best to avoid spending any money to fix the problem and will make you call them a million times to make appointements and say stuff like we have to order the part, its on back order, our mechanic is on vacation, will call you back etc etc Took me months to get stuff repaired by them and many trips out of my way. They WILL try to sell you a warranty. Its a good warranty from a good company granted. They accepted the cash for the warranty. but with me they held on to the cash until i had to make a claim. My repair garage that contacted the warranty company told me that the warranty company never received payment and the company had to send a rep to collect from auto style, before any work could be done to my car. So if i had never made a claim they would have kept the cash. Oh and they never told me there was an 100$ deductable on any claims for the warranty. They did not do the calculations properly on the sales taxes and when i went to the SAAQ I actually owed a lot more than the cheque they gave me when i financed the car. So a second trip and another long wait at the SAAQ and still somthing was wrong but the SAAQ corrected it after i begged them to not make me drive across town to the dealer again. Over all I was happy with my car just felt like there was a lot of details they never mentionned and a lot of head achs and time wasted trying to get answers from them after the ink is barely dry on the sales contract.
