“My background is primarily as a project manager, whereas my associate, Audrey Lemay, is a visual artist,” explains co-owner Éric Tremblay. “We had a lot of space at our disposal, so we decided to split it up into artist studios. Eventually, with all those artists milling about, we thought it would be a good idea to provide them with materials and supplies as well, at lower prices than the big supplies stores. We cut out the middle man, in order to pass the savings on to our customers, who often will need a blank canvas, but all sorts of other things as well. So we take special orders and have the product delivered to their homes. We also offer a framing service to complete the artwork.”
