Meet the owner

The new owners of Arts Café have brought a fresh flavor and vibe to this familiar location on Avenue Fairmont. Gregory Paquet is happy that both old customers and new have embraced the change. “There was an adjustment period to be sure,” he explains, “Regulars came expecting the same things on the menu and were surprised.”

Arts Café was a laid back place with a casual menu and attitude. The new incarnation wants to set new standards, both regarding the sourcing of food, coffee and tea, and the care paid to their preparation. The produce comes from local farmers and markets, the specialty coffee from café direct, the teas are all from Camellia Sinensis, a renowned Quebecois tea house.
