I went to the store to buy a new hair product. I asked if I could smell the Invati product. The sales representative refuse to. She told me that the smell was good, that it was working very well that she used it herself. So I bought it. When I finally got home I smelled the product and really disliked it. But there is no refund. So I am stuck with a 378$ credit note. Dont buy anything you are not sure of. I argued with her on the phone. Really bad. I wish I had known! Aucun remboursement.
