Content avec cette companie. Le personnel est professionnel et ils sont tres patients etant donne que les nouveaux proprietaires de condos ne sy connaissent pas du tout. merci!

Terrible management company. Only good at following-up payments, and policing tenants. Better yet, when you show them that what they are pinning on you as your own responsibility is actually theirs to handle, they vanish or redirect you somewhere else. They lack knowledge, transparency, are lazy and still need to take the communicating with clients class. If you need any information you are better off reading official governmental documents because they will NOT help you. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Good manager for apartment building owners.

My first impression: Axwell staff are very friendly and take their work seriously, but I was unable to find anything substantial to ascertain the actual quality of their work. i called their references, who had good things to say. In the end, we used Axwell's services and were quite satisfied. They warned us that taking over from a previous manager can be slow, but in the end the stabilized the building and eliminated all tenant debt. I no longer worry about my property as it now runs smoothly.

Jusqu'à présent nous n'avons eu que de bonnes expériences avec Axwell. Les gestionnaires sont très polis, professionnels, et répondent toujours très rapidement aux demandes par courriel et par téléphone. Ça prend du temps s'habituer à ce que quelqu'un d'autre s'occupe des tâches dont j'ai passé ma vie à faire, mais je peut maintenant dire qu'en tant que client je me sens à l'aise sachant que Axwell gère mon immeuble.

Hard workers

I have lived through 3 condo managers so far, and Axwell is by FAR the best! It sounds stupid to say this, but simple things such as being prompt and professional, and consistently answering a phone, don't seem to be the norm in the condo management industry. Axwell is also efficient at resolving most issues in a timely fashion. I have waited months for other managers to get me a simple statement of condo fees!

Gestionnaires qui travaillent pour leurs clients et qui sont attentifs aux demandes des copropriétaires. M'ont beaucoup aidé en prenant le temps de fournir des informations et m'expliquer comment fonctionne un syndicat de copropriété. Ils font beaucoup plus que le necessaire!
