    Terrible service by receptionists. Very rude. Not the first time, last year the same thing happened. My session with the physio therapist did not last the time I paid for. She worked on two of us at the same time.

    The front desk st...

    The front desk staff routinely yell at clients and make a point of being unhelpful. The phone lines take twenty or more minutes to reach reception. It seems like they really make no effort to make their admin client friendly. Avoid!!!
