I needed to have diagnostics and around 300GB of data transferred from an old XP PC that was incompatible with the latest external hard drives...I called KSK and he came by my place the very next day and had everything done and delivered it back to my place within 24 hours. I was very impressed by their service. My Mac was damaged on a Sunday just before Christmas. They picked it up, which is a great service in itself , I was informed step by step throughout the process and I had it back the next day.
