McDonald’s

Dec. 8th and 9th - Terrible service, orders wrong, waited 1-1/2 hrs. for 2 meals, fries were ice cold, people were screaming for service, waiting for coffee 3/4 hr!!! Not enough help, lots of orders placed were not complete, both days terrible - the worst McDonalds ever in service, store packed with people yelling and annoyed! What is going on! This place needs a new owner or manager - horrible!!!!

Ordered one McDouble at the counter took 15 minutes and was the worst burger ever. Meat was actually over cooked, dark brown and dry. Had no onions or pickles as it usually has. Terrible!

Sloooowwwwwwwww. Takes 20 Minutes to get a coffee. Worst drive through in Montreal !!!!

The worse customer service of fast food few times already after 11 drive thru takes 15-20 to get served and no one cares about the line ups and frustration, business should be improved or closed up
