Started as a means to spend more time with her children, Corine Serruya’s brand, Ophelie Hats, certainly possesses the mark of a caring personality. “I knew I had something of value, and I wanted to share that with people. It’s hard for me to think of success, money or popularity as a goal. I believe everybody has a vision to offer, and this is my own.”

Thanks to her broad vision, Corine’s designs have traversed the world, and have been featured in the finest shops and trade shows in Paris, London, Tokyo and New York. Her reputation spans the globe all while making Montreal her home, and her focus comes through in her Saint-Laurent Boulevard shop. “With a shop like this, we can better respond at the grassroots, get a sense of what people are really looking for,” adds Corine.
