Absolutely horrible experience, went there twice first thing in the morning (6:45), never got to speak to a representative. There are two ladies that check your documents & make sure you have everything needed before u speak to a repersentive inside. Spoke to me terribly & was constantly told something different than the other. I will never come back here, but go to cote vertu or anywhere else. I have never wrote a review for anything, but feel people should know.

Excellent service, fast and efficient

Went there to renew my passport, it was a fast and yet very efficient. I'm so happy that the process at Passport Canada is so organized because the last thing we want is to wait for too long. I've attached a photo about their opening hours, hope this can help anyone who's looking for that information.
