Protel GSM Inc Place Versailles

I went there because my screen was broken and they said it would be ready for the next day. It was expenside but I was happy at least I'm gonna get my phone back right ? Nope! I went there the next day and pay just to discover that I can't open my phone anymore. It is stuck to the logo screen. He said that the technicien will be back at 2 o clock so I have waited and by 2:30 I was back there and nope they coudnt repair it. They gave me a temporary phone but it is broken as well. Still waiting ..

Extremely unprofe...

Extremely unprofessional and offensive. I brought my iphone in to have my face plates changed, however the new face plates ruined my reception. I returned to have the owner change them back to my original face plates, but he did not show even after he promised to be there. I returned a second time to have them fixed but he ended up giving me broken plates. I checked my reception before I left and realized that he gave me broken plates, where my phone could not receive any calls. When I called him out on it, he accused me of lying and said my phone was like that before I brought it in. The other owner meanwhile is getting in my face screaming profanities. Extremely unprofessional, unethical and offensive people with poor service. Didn't even reimburse me or apologize for acting like complete jerks.
