    Worst cie i had to deal with in years. Will never ever do biz with uhaul again. Booked through their website for a trailer hitch installation. The store I chose was the most expensive but I was willing to pay because they were giving me an appointment quickly... so i thought. (7 days later). Big mistake. They cancelled a few hours before the appointment leaving a msg on my phone box. Said they didnt have the cabling. Had to call them again and again a few days later. Finally got someone on the
