Wonder Travel is a travel agency located in Montreal. Wonder Travel is also a luxury bus tour operator. We do organised trips by luxury coach to New York, Niagara Falls, Quebec city, Ottawa, Mont-Tremblant, Charlevoix and more. We can also do specialized trips and specialized trips for groups.
Though price looks cheaper as one day trips from Montréal are under $20.
Activities participation is optional, if you don't want to go museam or eat lunch, you can refuse.
But they take only CASH in the bus for service charges, entry fees and buffet lunch. I have noticed they don't pass the group discount to customers. For example in Ottawa, they have taken $40 for two museams, whereas group ticket costs only $16. So organiser made money of $24 from each passenger. This is cheating... I hope r
Our bus tour Washington-Philadelphie-NY with Wonder Travel Montreal (28JUN - 1JUL 2019) was HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, PLEASE RUN AWAY! No AC in the bus, we suffered for 2 days in a row. WE did not see much as planned in the package. For example, in Philadelphia, we took a double decker bus early in the morning, then free time 40 min, and we were headed back to Montreal at 11am!!!! The stupid activities that you are forced to take are more expensive than other travel agencies, of roughly 5$ US..
Je déconseille fortement cette agence ce voyage, guide ne maîtrisant ni bien le français ni bien l’anglais. Bus très inconfortable, pas d’air pour un voyage de 3 jours à NYC Jour de l’an à partir de Montréal. Passagers à bord non civilisés, chauffeur très agressif. Planification de l’itinéraire médiocre, activités pas interessantes, ne vaut pas pour le prix payé. Problème et stress avant le voyage parce que l’agence donne des mauvaises informations aux guides et aux clients.
The WORST customer experience Ive ever had. They cancelled our 3-day tour to Toronto, and switched it for a 2-day tour, promising a refund for the third day. The tour guide made my daughter sign the receipt and she didnt gave her the money back. I didnt know that, since they promised to refund me on the credit card; when I came to the offices to ask about the refund, and the woman in the front desk definitely has not the slightest notion of customer service. They never refunded the money!
Je vous le déconseille, date 01/09/2018 au 02 septembre ( Toronto et Niagara) le bus numéro 52, sentait vraiment mauvais à cause de l’odeur du toilette, c’était un supportable j’avais la sensation de vomir 🤮 ainsi que le chauffeur est désagreable plus le guide parle que l’anglais.
Mon message est peut être long mais vaux mieux le lire que de subir la même expérience.
Je déconseille fortement , surtout aux groupe de familles avec enfants et personnes âgés.
2 jour une nuit ( 1000 iles, toronto niagara ) .

My mom and me traveled Toronto and Nicaragua fall with 2-day package this summer in 2017. We got a wonderful trip in 2 days. The tour guide Eddy is very very nice，he's a handsome guy with strong responsibility. Our team members all enjoyed in this 2 days. Highly recommended！Especially this tour guide～
Voyage très satisfesant vers New York au Nouvel an. Le Guide Luke très responsable et aimable ce qui rendait le voyage très agréable. Le chauffeur est aussi très humoristique. De plus, on a connu des personnes formidable pendant le voyage, on jasait ensemble pendant tout le long. Je recommande fortement Wonder Travel à tout le monde!
Annule le voyage pour le jour de l'an 2 jours avant, aucun geste commercial et la personne au téléphone ne se préoccupe pas du tout du client, je déconseille fortement !!!! Aucune sureté de partir
We visited Niagara falls with the 2-day package and Quebec city 1 day. Wonderful experience. Our tour guide was very friendly and did good job. Great hotel and bus. I highly recommend it.
