Mécanauto Rhéaume

Perdu mon petit garage pour le changement de pneus... je demandais pas un dédommagement... mais au minimum un peu d'empathie... au lieu de me faire envoyer promener.... 3 belles scratch neuves sur 2 des 4 mags d'hiver... Mecanauto Rhéaume sur henri-bourassa... trop d'ouvrage? Attention pour pas devenir trop indépendant....

This is a professional shop that charges professional rates - so they are not cheap, and neither is the quality of their work. In my experience they always call to authorize unforeseen work, are very understanding when presenting the bill, and always willing to show the old parts and explain the bill. They are also very patient if you have a strong accent or don't speak French well. This is the only shop in Québec City that I trust to keep me safe on the road.
