There’s more good news for pizza fanatics: Pizz’art, well known in Lac-Beauport (and now in Halles de Sainte-Foy), recently announced the addition of a gluten-free option to its menu. The dough, made with rice flour, can be used in almost all manner of pizza for a small extra charge.
As the name suggests, Pizz'art has created art with its creative pizzas. Sports fan salivate for Pete's Super Bowl pizza made with BBQ sauce, mozzarella cheese, BBQ chicken wings, pulled pork, onions and hot peppers while others prefer the Ciao Bella, topped with pesto, mozzarella, bruschetta, fresh basil and sea salt. There are plenty of creative flavours, with something for everyone in the family. Pizza’art offers two locations in Quebec: one in Sainte-Foy and one in Lac-Beauport.
