If I could, I would give 0 stars. Failed to repair issue, scheduled appointments and techs did not show up, impossible to get through to them by phone (wait times are ridiculous), promised to repair issue when they'd receive parts, then failed to show up and they claimed our issue is not their problem. I paid for nothing! Stay away.
Horrible place. We tried to repair a heater. They lost it for months. They would not even pick up when I called. Or leave me hanging on the phone for upwards of 45 minutes each time. Then someone else called them to repair a washing machine. They charge $120 to show up and then charge another $40 to tell you what's wrong with it. What kind of scam are they running?
It’s a total nightmare I have been given the runaround since March ! They’ve made appointments 3x then canceled because they had no technicians , then made an appointment at 4:30 and then started working and then said they didn’t have the parts after they did they did say they had the parts two months ago ! This company is recommended by Comerco that is the extended warranty by RONA for their appliances STAY AWAY from all of them shameful that they allow this horrible service !
Absolutely the worst repair service ever. They have been trying to fix my Thermador dishwasher since February 2020. Over a year later, and after 7 service calls, it still does not work with same problem. JC Perreault and Thermador no help either. To make things worst, the last repair person did not connect the drain correctly and caused thousands of dollars of damage to my kitchen cabinets. The service people are no help either, refusing to provide any assistance
LE PIRE SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE !!! Cela fait 2 mois et mon lave-vaiselle nest toujours pas réparé. Au premier rdv le technicien nest jamais venu. Au second rdv, il manquait les pièces commandées, mais personne ne ma avisé et le technicien nest jamais venu. Lorsque je téléphone au service à la clientèle, on me dit que finalement, les pièces sont disponibles dans un autre entrepôt, mais il est impossible de mettre un rdv avant un autre 2 semaines.... CETTE ENTREPRISE RIT DE SES CLIENTS !

useless - they came by charged $120 to give me a diagnose on the issue with my stove and never came with the correct tools therefore, I never got the diagnose and they still charged me. Furthermore, their technician broke another part! The manager was suppose to call me with an estimate on parts and never called after having calling a few times! Worst customer service.
Very disappointed about their services. We’ve been actively trying to get our range hood repaired for the last 3 months with the company and it has been a disasters. There are no communication between them and their customer satisfaction is not a priority. We’re were given different quotes from different workers and we always had to call back for an update (for the ordered piece and to book) where they could have been proactive about their own service.
service a la clientèle horrible. Ne faites pas affaire avec eux. on vous dit qu on vous appellera le matin (7am) pour vous dire si le technicien passera le matin ou en pm. Pas d appel le matin. La cie ouvre seulement à 8:30 le matin. 15 minutes attete ...on vous dit finalement bonjour et on raccroche !! Deux fois de suite ?!

Médiocre! 3 visites de tech pour réparer une plaque de cuisson sans résultat. L'élement fonctionnait mais seulement à HI (aucun ajustement) aprèes la visite des techniciens qui ont fait sauter 3 potentiomètres et 3 ronds (dont le miens) le problème n'est pas réglé.Je me suis tanné et j'ai appelé le service à la clientèle pour savoir si je pouvais leur laisser la plaque pour réparation ils ont dit oui.Une heure à aller porter la plaque, pour me faire dire que les réparation à la maison seulement
Service clientèle médiocre (St.Laurent) Poor customer service. Tried calling them by phone, they put me on hold then hung up on me. I had ordered a part that was listed in stock but still nothing..they don't even bother answering your emails... I would advise going elsewhere.
