Très mauvais service à la clientèle... le personnel riait de nous au téléphone quand on posait des questions... nous avons fait un dépôt sur des articles et nous avons vu les articles moins cher ailleurs et il ne voulait pas faire d'équivalence de prix et nous riant au téléphone que leur magasin cest pas le maxi ou le Walmart! Je déconseille à tous d'acheter la bas il n'ont aucune politique de remboursement d'échange ou d'équivalence de prix contrairement à d'autres magasins pour bébé
Good store. Good variety. Good prices. Great customer service. Visited the store a few weeks ago for the first time. I came in with my baby in a car seat. I was offered a stroller right away so it would be easier to carry. Had help from a nice young lady. She showed me different options about a specific stroller that I was looking for. I needed a pram for stroller that wasn't included. She helped me find a place where I could find one. Very helpful.
Price is amazing, service is THE WORST. No respect for customers at all! Instead of solving the issue they automatically accuse you of being wrong. Extremely rude staff. Would only recommend on sale days. Would not recommend over all. Horrible experience.
Here are the issues that I encountered with them:
-Most guests at my baby shower had a lot of problems ordering from the website, they also lost an order from a family member which I had to personally hunt down the invoice to be able to get it (really embarrassing).
-There was an order that did not go through but my friend was only informed after the baby shower.
Warning: If you ever buy a gift for someone, make sure you keep price tags on clothes as they won't exchange it.
Horrible, arrogant, dismissive! Bought a high end car seat at full price. Realized it was the wrong one. Never opened the box. Brought it back 2 hours later. Was told no return possible!!! Was never told this before purchase! What store has a policy like that??? They haven't understood that good service brings return customers. Avoid!
I would like to share that experience with other parents.
We bought the baby jogger city mini from this store and we also bought the front cup holder but we noticed that it is much over priced as it was on the net half priced so we went back after couple of days to exchange it but the owner was there and claimed it was a gift and refused returning it and even during the conversation he had naughty and bad manners ,body language and words.
So even they are over priced they misbehave with the customers.
I do not advice anybody to buy from there.
