    Service à la clientèle en option!

    Après avoir remarqué qu'une erreur avait été commise lors de l'installation, j'ai demandé à ce qu'on reprenne le travail. On m'a alors répondu que l'erreur n'était pas leur erreur mais plutôt celui de l'entrepreneur. J'ai donc insisté afin qu'on corrige le problème et je me suis fait répondre qu'ils n'étaient pas intéressés à faire du bénévolat!!!! C'est plutôt ce que j'appelle du service à la clientèle... À vous de juger! Bon magasinage.
