If i could have chosen 0 star, I would. The sales guy only want to sell to you whatever for big price. No official quote to be provided, nothing official will be give. They ask you to pay a big deposit while you don't even have a piece of paper in return. Many information will be missed once they sold you a contract. You will only find out after it's too late. the worst of all, their manager believes that their staff is doing a right thing. they will tell you everything they want on the spot is according to their policy. Policy? which you were not made aware at all. Their employees get into very bad and frustrated attitude if you complain anything. all they can say is "it's our policy'. With such an expensive price, I would have expected some customer service. Not at all!
