Rob & Kathy's No Frills Main Store - Frontier Mall

Good variety but needs improvement

I like the fact that this store carries items that are more ethnic and their produce does go fast so it is usually fresh. Prices are good. Their flyer specials are usually stocked well. Clean store. Floor Staff are not overly helpful or friendly; cashiers are nice. I am in a wheelchair and not once has the staff come up to me to ask if I needed help or assistance to get items up high; they have extremely high shelving. Other customers are very helpful though. I find that they are inconsistent with their items. I have seen items on the shelf that have been expired for 1.5 months to 6 months. Have accidently bought out of date product, their return policy is fine – but a pain to always go back. And they have no wheelchair parking by their entrance doors.
