Terrible Customer Service!

I recently dealt with Clark's to have a pair of shoes dyed for my wedding.Brought in a swatch of my wedding dress and asked for it to be matched.Employee got out a swatch book with little swatches. From the little square we matched my swatch.When I picked up the shoes they were not even close to the colour of my swatch.From there he offered to first do a sample before dying the shoes again. Second time was much too yellow.. indoors and out. Was asked to come back the next day for another sample..Finally right.Was then asked for additional money for doing the job they were originally paid to do! They were extremely rude when I told them that I didn't think it was fair to pay them twice for one job. Worst customer service EVER!
