When I moved to Toronto, Metro was what I missed most about Regina. Happy I'm back.

They know their stuff, and they're conscious of every product they sell. You won't find rawhide in their stores, and I find this a good measure of a healthfood store.

Awful. Over and over I've attempted to support this seemingly good business. But on almost every occasion they give biast advice based on their over priced selections. Their employees are self righteous, rude, and clearly think they are the centre of the world. Never going back.
