This company used to be locally owned, but no longer. They do not care about anything but taking your money. All work is subcontracted to unknowns, and the expertise is not there. We have jagged metal edges on some of our window brackets, and my son got to find more jagged metal left on our lawn after they were done. I do not recommend this company, as they have no customer service. If you did get caught using them, do not pay the full amount until they have done everything to your standards.

Amazing customer service, great quality product, and they left no mess after the job! We love the new sun room and cant wait to spend the summer months entertaining out there! Highly recommend!

Terrible service. If you are planning to build enclosure don’t bother to use them. It just wastes your money. I have waited to build mine for 3 months . We deposit money in September and they estimated mid October but nothing happens. We called them either they won’t pickup phone or if they pickup they use all different kind of excuses . We still hope they can come and install for us in Spring.

I contracted Suncoast Regina in April to have our porch enclosed and still as of August don't have a completed product. The porch is only 2/3 done and I have one panel that flaps in the wind. As with the other reviewer I rarely get calls returned and have had to resort to texting the general manager because his voicemail is always full. I just want my product installed as quoted and after 3 missed dates I just don't know what to do at this point. Professional quote but service is horrendous.

I suggest you look else where for a screened porch! Company Rarely returned calls, and when they did they provided some lame excuse why the product was not installed DGL took about a year to get job finally installed Overall poor service
