The Hydeout Dog Training Center

Our 2 dogs had been attending daycare at the Hydeout Dog Daycare for almost 6 months. One day I went to go pick them up from daycare and when the staff member brought them out, I noticed that my younger dogs head was all bloody. The staff member told me that he was attacked by five other dogs around 11am. I asked why no one had either called my husband or I to let us know about this. Owner did not show any accountability for the incident or offer any apologies for not informing us sooner.

I should have listened to my gut. My dog ‘hit’ his head on a plastic table(or so they say). The owner emailed me at 3:30 to tell me it happened. I arrived and his head had dry blood and his bump was 3inches by 2inches, massive goosebump. The lady said it happened early in the morning and no one did first aid because he wouldn’t let them. Out of 5 daycare days, I witnessed dog fights on 3 days at pickup. One day the lady picked the dog up by its neck and threw it into a back room. Dont do it!

I have been taking my dog Luna there since she was 3 months old(she is now almost a year)multiple times a week. Have also done the puppy class as well as puppy and level 1 agility. Ashley and her staff really know how to introduce your dog into the daycare environment and Luna absolutely loves going. She is so excited when we pull up she can’t even sit still. You can tell the staff really care about your family member when in their care and they are always there to give advice if you ask.
