Just attended a 70th Birthday party. Great atmosphere, enjoy the pasta the sauce is so authentic also had the bison short ribs they were tasty and tender the meat fell off the bone. I've eaten here a lot over the years and I just love the food. They give you a lot of food and it is very inexpensive. The vermicelli are wonderful especially with the jumbo shrimps. The coconut and durian shakes are amazing but I've unconsciously switched over to water over the years, I think im just self conscious about my weight. All the waitresses speak english but not too fluently but they are nice enough. Overall I love going to this place for the food they serve.

I know there were issues with this place but over the last month management seem to have made a real effort to get things sorted out with a new bar person and new staff and a manager that now walks the floor to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Today we were served by Erika (2nd day on the job). She took the order and we were delivered exactly as requested - food piping hot, extra sauces the full works. Service was amazing - our glasses were never empty.
Food as always is great - hot, fresh and served to order! Definately worth a try if you havent been before

Went in expecting edge, sexiness, good food and I guess they've gone mainstream.There isn't an up-to-date review of this branch so I am writing one. I have never been to their restaurants and wanted to take in the atmosphere including the gorgeous ladies in their tight skirts.
It was a disappointment to step into this location after all the promise and be shown to the booth. The staff is dressed very much as you would expect at any chain restaurant. This is not the promise. Too bad. The food was good, but since Earls charges more than the average I expect the staff and ambience to be excellent too. I am not sure what else to say. No miniskirts, no low cut blouses, nothing. The chicken was good and quite honestly the place was super clean. It's just that we were looking for the Earls experience as stated here and we didn't get it here. We didnt bother ordering drinks as this location doesn't really invite lounging. Good for a quick meal though
