My fiance and I wanted to start a piranha habitat in our 70+ gallon aqaurium that was basically sitting there ugly and useless. Piranha sounded interesting and fun! The help we recieved here was unlike any other pet or pet supply store. The knowledge was unmatched and allowed us to open our minds to what actually happens inside the delicate ecosystem of your tank. I called the Regent store as that is where delivery items are pkgd & sent out & spoke to the Mgr.To resolve he arranged to have the missing pack plus 1 more delivered to me even though I live on the other side of the city. which far exceeded my expectations.
