Excellent salesmanship in shoe department. I thought I knew what I wanted when I went in but this young man ( Cameron with the longer hair!) explained all the things I needed to know to make a better decision. Yes, I spent more but I have never been happier with the shoes I have now had for two weeks. Nice to see young people dedicated to their customers.

Thank you, I went in the store today to purchase a bag for a young man down on his luck and your staff were incredible, supportive and caring. I really appreciate the caring and giving manner that your staff presented. It brought me to tears, to see such good people. Thank you again. Looking for a sport shop with great prices and excellent customer service. Well I found this and more at the Red Deer SportChek. Specifically I was looking for a bike for my 6 year old daughter. General Manager Matt Van Der Heide and bike technicians Jay and Chris were extremely helpful to select the right bike for her. Matt ensured that the price was well within our budget and then Jay proceeded to tune up this bike for us. Free tune ups for a year as well! I will be back for sure!!!!!!!!

My experience at sport check in Huntsville has always been good with nice and helpful staff. As a company they have been very fair and without any complications.
A coat was bought for my granddaughter for Christmas. After 6 weeks the zipper broke. I took it back to them and they were willing to give me a refund or exchange. We could not find the same coat or one to replace her coat so they paid to have the zipper replaced.
