Simply put these guys are exceptional and reconnected my electrical service entrance when Hydro left us in the dark and cold at the end of Feb 2017 (tree cutting crew saw that that the utility wire was lying on the roof and immediately pulled our meter). They had us reconnected in what had to be record time and a full day under the time they predicted and within the budget they originally provided. Shane, a courteous and efficient company representative, gave me a booklet about what questions to initially ask about a roofing job. I also received a written estimate with two options for doing the job, both at reasonable rates. A written guarantee was delivered by Shane after the job was done.
