I have been with this clinic for almost 30 years. As doctors have retired, we have been assigned to new doctors within he clinic. Without fail, each of the new doctors have been respectful, diligent, competent, personable. In 30 years, I cannot recall an instance where I would complain about any of the practitioners at King West Medical. I believe they have superior hiring practices that should be modelled by other clinics because you cant be that consistent without doing something consistently.

New life Fertility clinic is one of the best clinic I’ve ever been to. The nurses and doctors are very supportive and professional. I’ve had hard time conceiving with my second child- dr. I really love to go to this clinic whenever I need to see a doctor. Dr.Shih is my family doctor since 2002 and they open 6 days a week.
