I try the bun Bo hue at every pho spot I find. Wonderful broth for the Pho, between me and my girlfriend we've had the rare steak, well-done flank, beef balls, chicken balls, and tripe, and it's always fantastic, although the rare steak strips are sometimes a little bit cold before they are heated by the broth (They likely precook the rare beef and chill it). I typically just go for pho or noodle/rice dish at a Vietnamese restaurant. I came here with a party of 8 and was pleasantly surprised of other dinner options available. We preordered several dishes including crab, oxtail, lamb popsicles, braised fatty pork with eggs in clay pot. We started with a shredded chicken salad, spring roll and shrimp rolls and in chit.
