I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. When I explained the walking difficulty due to surgery, she immediately called another worker to come and help me. The very nice man asked what I needed and told me to stay where I was and he would get it. Everyone was extremely helpful and I am very grateful.
