I had such a positive experience on my first cut with Tony. I explained and showed him a couple of pictures and he really listened to my desire for a great and consistent short haircut. Radka was very helpful and took the time to explain options, etc. She helped choose the right colour, and also gave her a lovely cut that made her feel like a million dollars. The moment I entered this store I was like this place is a huge gem, I walked around for a few minutes learning about new products I could use for my service but I only purchased the dual Satin Smooth wax heater and I also found a suitable towel warmer to replace the old model I have.
