I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session. I make my living by working as a renovator. I have arthritis, which is probably job-related, or due to aging. Recently I cannot work because of my swollen wrist. The bone above my right wrist was almost doubled in size. This caused me great pain, especially when I tried to turn my wrist. Last month I went to see a doctor, and was prescribed Indomethacin (50 mg capsules, 3 times per day, for 3 weeks). The medication did provide me some relief, but it had side effects (mainly stomach upset and nausea). Besides, most of the swollenness was still there. Last Monday I decided to seek acupuncture as an alternative treatment. I found the name Dr. Ivy Pang from Google Search. I have received 4 acupuncture treatments up till now (each session lasting about 80 minutes). So very glad that there are obvious great improvements – in fact I can now turn my wrist freely. Hope to start working sometime next week. Read more
