I've been participating in group training with Mark at Core Focus for over a year and have lost 45 pounds so far and gained multiple positive health and fitness results. Group training is fun, positive, and the group members are supportive of each other. Mark is a great trainer - he challenges, makes group classes interesting and interactive - he is personable and gives one-on-one attention and assessments to each participant. The Heights Laser Centre is in North Burnaby and had bonus Free Parking. I live in New West and it only took about 15 minutes. I felt comfortable as soon as I came into the facility and the staff was very friendly. I had a consultation with Dr. Jaffer and decided to get an eMatrix treatment to help with my aging skin. My dark spots lessened, my skin was firmer and I looked great. I also had Botox for my crow's feet and my forehead wrinkles. My husband did not think I needed treatment, but after he saw the results, he thought I looked terrific. I will continue to go the Heights Laser Centre for all my facial concerns. They are professional, knowlegeable and very kind. I am so glad I went.

These physiotherapists are wonderful. After a car accident, I went to see them right away to relieve some pain and they sure did that. Its been almost 2 months and I feel so much better thanks to their physiotherapy. Be prepared to be in the office for 1.5-2 hours as these professionals use an array of treatments. I have never had such such client care with physiotherapy before and it is clear that this clinic has a very client-centered approach! Much appreciated!

Been a client of Glover Medical Langley almost 30 years. We raised our family with this clinic. From caring and considerate staff to some of the best doctors anywhere, our experiences have always been excellent. Wait times at any clinic is a bother but if you arrive in person and register, if busy they give an idea of how long a wait. You can go do errands. Notify them when back and wait time is insignificant because you never really sat around waiting. From our family to GM clinic, thank you.

It can get quite busy and there is sometimes a wait. However, they have some young savvy doctors that are aware of today's over medicated society. My doctor listens to me, acknowledges me and is thorough ... if I have to wait a half an hour because he's running late due to walk-ins or because he spent to much time listening to other patients thoroughly, that's fine in my book.
