Janet the groomer was very careful and conscientious.. Asked lot of questions about what we wanted . A great short cut for both our Westie and Bolonka . We made a 4 pm appointment- she took them immediately- no cage lock up.. Told us to come back at 6:30 pm and they had just been finished 5 minutes earlier - no long wait in cages. I cant say enough good things about Wooftown. First, our dog loves the food. When we gave him the previous food for the past 2 years he used to pick out certain pieces that he didnt want to eat and leave them around the house.
