I cannot say enough good things about Dr. D'Souza and his staff. My brother and I have been taking our dogs to this clinic for 10 years. Dr. D'Souza sincerely cares about the well being of his animal patients and never pushes unecessary extra tests etc. that drive up costs as I have experienced at other vets, he clearly explains exactly what is needed and why. Always easy access whether you'e considering by travet or booking an appointment. Actually, I probably haven't had an appointment 1/2 the time. That's convenient! They know their stuff. I've been taking my pets thru their lives & deaths. One day hubby took 17 yr old sheppard for his final visit. Shortly after-a knock @ the door... bouquet & sympathy card. Now that's Class. This grooming salon in Scarborough on Kennedy and ellesmere plaza is one of the nicest and best grooming places that I have ever been to im definitely switching from my previous groomers and have already booked another appointment they are really polite and made my cats feel at home and very professional I got a full service cat grooming and it included a bath and nail trim with ear cleaning I got a lion cut and he looks amazingly clean and cute I’m so happy with this service they have provided

Had to have an 8-year-old cat groomed for the first time in her life. The staff at Muddy Paws really know what they are doing. They made the cat feel so comfortable that she didn't get nervous at all, just sat quietly and enjoyed the pampering. All the dogs that were being picked up looked pretty happy too.

The one star review by Winston is from a vindictive person. He and his wife have been trash talking the Dog Pad. I've had three dogs boarding and at the daycare for over ten years and never had a problem. The problem it seems is some high maintenance owners and Jen and Brett have the choice to kick out problem owners. My dogs have always been happy to go to the Dog Pad and I always recommend people to them when someone is looking for boarding or daycare.
