Was at Blue Mountain over the Thanksgiving Long Weekend and was looking forward to checking this place out!
The service was alright but the food was great! Combine that with the atmosphere and it was a great dinner, overall.
The restaurant is designed like an outdoor courtyard.. there is stuff going on everywhere and much attention to detail has been invested. The Flaming Saganaki was great and the traditional Greek dancing was better!
If you go do Blue Mountain definitely try this place out for at least one dinner.. It is a touch expensive but definitely worth it for the experience.

FABULOUS! Had lunch and the tastes were amazing with reasonable portions and cost. Samosas had more filling and less pastry unlike the common fare in Toronto. 6 of us went to Memories Restaurant for my birthday celebration. The atmosphere is great, they had a fun trivia game going for those who wanted to participate in the bar/lounge area and the restaurant seating area is open and welcoming. Our server Samantha was very attentive and was able to answer all our questions about our meal choices. Our meals were so wonderful and very flavorful, the taste is something to experience. They go above and beyond with the meals. I cant wait to go back!

In all the years we have eaten at Joe's, the food has been consistent and of good quality. We have not been there in a few months, but my standard order would be soup and half club sandwich, and my husband liked a fancy salad served in a taco bowl. The club sandwich(on toast, not on a bun thankyou!) was the best in town. When they switched to a bun I would ask for toast which they were fine with.

First and foremost we truly enjoyed our meal here. The complimentary bruschetta was a nice treat. Our server seemed a litte "put out" that we had one young child with us who was trying to figure out what she wanted as there is definitely no children's menu here, but once she decided on something we were AOK. I did call ahead to make sure they could accomodate children and they said no problem. The half portion of pasta she had was more than enough, and the chef was very accomodating. My 13 year old had the fettucini Alfredo which she orders all the time and she said it was exceptional. There was enought leftovers for her to 2 more servings at home!
My husband and I had appetizers which were exceptional and we both enjoyed our meals. We also shared a half litre of wine.
The chef brought some of our dishes and he was very friendly and attentive. My husband always enjoys this as he is a trained chef as well. What I noticed was that his chef whites were gleeming! This is a nice touch, as I have had chefs come to the table with dingy whites, or in one instance, looked like he had just butchered something!
Overall, we will go back. Families should keep in mind that this is on the upper end of the scale cost wise. For a family of four it was $225.00

In July 2014 I tasted for the first time gelato at Maria'. The product is well worth the price as it is a bit more than ice cream but so much better for you. The flavors were all so tasty and the owner was very gracious and friendly. Highly recommend Yes she is off the beaten track a bit but if your looking for a treat this is the place to go.
