Things have significantly improved during the last 2 years. All of the leaking roofs have been fixed and a solid fiscal plan has been put into place.
Condo fees did go up, but this year, they will not significantly increase.
My roof was leaking and I had considered selling my property but now I am glad that I stayed. There was a new manager during the last year, and she is phenomenal. She is on top of things and I can see a different in our community. She is also nice and approachable.

Used them fro my condo corp- i switch to them ove r6 years a go and we are extremely happy with the service that we receive from them. they have an excellent crew and always open to creative criticism. The day that we moved in the property manager, Mary, made sure that we had a copy of the building's rules and regulations. She was also very welcoming and was able to answer all of our questions.
