I personally been attending WEST GARDENS SINCE THE OPENING many years ago over 25 years ago and the Food and service has been outstanding. I have travelled there from an hour to sometimes 1 1/2 hours and introduced many many people to this wonderful establishment. Where can you get a great buffet at reasonable price and be able to sit at a table with friends or fellow employees and socialize or talk business and hear each other. I am from Kitchener but live out of town now. I have had their pizza before it was great on all visits!!! Today I went there to try to arrange a pizza delivery for a surprise for my mom's birthday. Our family from different cities often meet up here to visit and eat. Last night ( Oct 16) for the 1st time since the pandemic we met again. They were amazing. Our server was efficient, friendly and very accommodating. They served the 3 young children first and all our adult orders came out together. We stayed a very long time as we hadn't seen each other in over a year. They never tried to hurry us along. It was a wonderful time of meeting up and sharing a familiar meal together. Thanks !
