So Agra Tandoori Restaurant is nicely air conditioned and on these hot days that is definitely a must have. The food quality, quantity, selections and reasonable pricing are great. The staff and service also very good. The tables are clean and maintained and this restaurant is centrally located between Vancouver and Burnaby. What more could any sane hungry person want? I recently celebrated my birthday at a restaurant, and I must say the server was outstanding - knowledgeable, polite, and attentive. The rest of the staff were equally friendly. The food was excellent; we opted for the Dine-Out menu, and the recommended drinks paired perfectly. I'll definitely be returning for another visit. Had a fabulous dinner, new partner n' I ordered the tuna tartar, caesar salad, and scallops for starts, had the lamb and sea bass for mains, and apple tart for dessert. Divine really, all of it very expensive though. But my boyfriend was treating me for my birthday and I was very happy and incidentally for a new relationship deeply touched. Service was lovely, had a bit of an accident and spilled my half glass of red on the boyfriend, oops, manager noticed the mishap and brought us a tide to go stick.
